Get some Sun 3. Breath properly. Inhale through nose, abdomen (diaphragm) expands with air. The air you breathe in through your nose should go all the way down in your belly. Eat "electric/live" foods. Fresh fruits and veggies 7. Use Honey instead of sugar 8. Eliminate mucus from your body/eliminate mucus forming foods from your diet 9. Apple Cider Vinegar 10 Aromatherapy 11. Intermittent Fasting 12. Sea moss 13. Drink more water 14. Oregano oil 15. Don't get trapped in the cycle of victim-hood. You are not helpless or a victim! 16. Try not to take over the counter drugs 17. Work with gemstones/crystals 18. Gratitude for your body 19. Sinus sauna/steam 20. Incorporate herbs for healing into your diet We are built for this!!
